Device Configuration

Configure your Room Alert Monitor device to work with the mobile app.

Step 1: Open device web interface

Open a web browser and enter the local IP address for your Room Alert Monitor device.

Step 2: Go to Advanced Settings

Click on Settings and enter your username and password to access settings.

Click on Advanced to access the Advanced Settings page.

Step 3: Configure Room Alert Manager

On the Advanced Settings page, scroll down to the Room Alert Manager section. Check the checkbox to Enable push to Room Alert Manager.

For RA3S, RA12S and RA32S models

Enter the following details:

Push Interval:	10 minutes
Protocol:	HTTP
Server Host:	push.roomalert.co.za
Server Port:	8888
Path:	/api/v1/device-data/push

For RA3E, RA12E and RA32E models

Enter the following details:

Server Host:	102.133.169.63
Server Port:	8888
Push Interval:	10 minutes

Step 4: Save Settings

Save the settings. The device might reboot.

You can now add your device to the mobile app.
